Milesi Waterbased Exterior Joinery Coating

This coating system comprises of the XHT range of exterior impegnated stains followed by two coats of Milesis XGC 43 Thixotropic matt protective finish for wood coating. The XGC 43 has a guaranteed coating life of 4 years as long as a minimum film weight of 150gms per application is applied. Please consult with our technical dpartment or your local technical sales rep to discuss this prior to application.

The XGC 43 needs to be thinned 5 - 10% max as it is a very high viscosity product and it needs to be applied with a minimum tip size of 2.5mm and a 4 hour drying time between the first and second coat prior to inter-coat sanding. The pigmented product in this section is a very high quality highly pigmented primer and topcoat system.
