Pre-Catalysed Pigmented Products
A range of easy to use pigmented coatings. The primers are fast drying with good levelling and easy sanding. The enamels are fast drying and produce finishes with good feel and surface slip. Recommended where superior resistance to Nitrocellulose is required and where ease of application and repair are more important than durability.

Always stir well and check shade and sheen before use.
Coverage
Primers approximately 4 - 6 square metres per litre.
Enamels 1 - 8 square meteres per litre.
Application
Standard products are for application by conventional spray.
Enamels can be sprayed as supplied or 5 - 10% thinners.
Primers can be thinned up to 15-20% or more if necessary.
Consult our Technical Department for use with other spraying techniques.
Special products are available for curtain and roller coating.
Air pressure: 35 - 45 psi
Fluid Pressure: 10 - 15 psi
Drying
Touch dry: 15-20 mins
Sanding/re-coating: 60-90 mins
Packing: Overnight minimum.
