Hardwax Flooring Oil

Suitable for all solid wood floorings, block, strip and plank wood applications. Fast dry oil which enables two coat applications in one day. Hardwax Oil is based on natural oils and waxes, hard wearing but with natural look and feel. It is resistant to household drinks and liquids.

Application
Ensure all areas to be coated are well ventilated before and after use. Always test on a small area prior to application. Apply 2 coats without thinners. Apply with a brush removing excess with a rag within a few minutes.

Drying
4 – 6 hours between coats. (20°C and 60% RH).
Drying times will be extended under conditions of low temperature or high humidity.

Coverage
8 – 12 m² per litre dependent upon surface and application.

Cleaning Equipment
Tools, brushes etc may be cleaned using white spirit.

Storage
Store away from frost and direct sunlight.

Maintenance
Vacuum clean or wipe with damp cloth or mop. Do not over-wet the floor. If after a period of time, the floor starts to show signs of wear, a further coat of Hardwax Oil can be applied after preparation as detailed above.
