2000 Multi Purpose Sealer

2000 Multi Purpose Sealer is formulated for use under cellulose Pre-Cat and Acid Catalyst Lacquers if necessary. Medium build with excellent inter-coat sanding. Also formulated not to react with wax present in MDF edges. Fast drying!

Always stir well and check shade and sheen before use.

It is important that the right amount of catalyst is added.

Coverage
Approximately 5 - 7 square metres per litre.
Application
Standard products are for application by Conventional spray.
Lacquers spray as supplied.
Consult JM Technical Department for use with other spraying techniques.
Air pressure: 35 - 45 psi
Fluid Pressure: 10 - 15 psi
Drying Touch dry: 15-20 mins
Sanding/re-coating: 60-90 mins
Packing: Overnight minimum.
